How do I know when my Septic Tank is full?

Answers:

1agree with most of the above answers, but understand that the tank always stays full. the liquid drains out of the tank into the drain field, as more sewage enters from the home. if your drain fields are working properly and you use a product like mentioned above to break down the solids you shouldn't have to have it pumped but every 8-10 years. some septic systems have dual tanks, ie. those requiring a pump station but most have only one.
