Are you suppose to tip the septic tank man, for cleaning the septic tank out??

If so, what kind of tip would you give him. My husband tried to tip the septic tank dude for cleaning out the tank. I thought that was crazy, he gets paid well for what he does, in the short time it takes him to do it in. Or is my thinking wrong?

1Would you want a tip if you do a good job? and how do you know what his boss pays him? Thats 1 shitty job i would not want! LOL
